In my graduation project, I merge traditional Tajik embroidery with contemporary fashion design. As a designer born in Tajikistan, I explore how cultural identity can be preserved and reinterpreted through fashion.

For my collection, I collaborated with Tajik artisans to create traditional embroideries, integrating them into modern European silhouettes. Working with the NGO Ozara—a project that empowers women from vulnerable backgrounds—enabled handcrafted production. Additionally, my own paintings play a central role: abstract artworks inspired by Tajik symbols and patterns were transferred onto fabrics as prints, shaping the collection's design.

More than just fashion—this project is an artistic statement about identity, migration, and cultural bridges.
